Our stay at the Royal Kahana's unit 319 was perfect!

Our stay at the Royal Kahana's unit 319 was perfect! The view is awesome and we spotted whales off the balcony every day. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly want. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was the most well equipped. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly every night. The complex is very quiet. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, too! I wish mine at home was that good! There are plenty of lawn chairs around the pool and grounds for laying out. I would recommend this place to all my friends and Chase 'N Rainbows was very easy to deal with!

Great Hawaiian Retreat

The location was perfect. The island isn’t huge so you can travel anywhere you want for day trips, but staying on the west side is in my opinion the best side. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Our sheets shrunk when we washed them and they brought us new ones that day. It was beautiful and quiet.

Good room, the AC didn't work but it didn't matter the wind/breeze through the bathroom windows kept it very comfortable. Good staff, the TV needed additional instructions - the controller had to turn on the TV to Cable interface before you could get any channels ....how that happens needs to be documented. Recommend they throw away half or more of the foods left by previous tenants. Keep seasonings and spices.

Paradise in Maui at a Great Price!

What an excellent spot to stay in Maui! Walking distance to a few great spots to eat and a short drive to the busier parts of Lahaina. The room had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was excellent - we left the balcony door open at night so we could listen to the waves. This unit was truly the best deal on all of Maui and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Friendly staff, a beautiful pool and amenities, and a fraction of the cost of the busier resorts. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Located Kahana, great for the price... AC worked 3/4 of the time

Best value for the price we found. Located in Kahana about 7 miles away from Front street. Great location for nearby snorkeling. Only issue we had was the AC worked 3/4 of the time. There was about 2-3 nights out of our 8 that the AC would turn on and run but it never got cool where it was cooler outside. Also AC never got below 74...

Good Place to Stay in Kahana

We enjoyed staying at Royal Kahana while vacationing in West Maui. It was close to beaches and shopping, had a view of the ocean. It was a little small but we mostly just slept there. The bed was very comfortable. We had to call maintenance about the washer; David came right out, got the washer going again.

Wonderful

Fabulous unit in a gorgeous location

The unit was well equipped, just as advertised, with a lot of little extras. The Royal Kahana building is a treasure with a heated swimming pool and convenient location to restaurants and snorkeling beaches. We ate many meals out on the south-facing lanai, and saw whales from it. What a treat! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the beach chairs, boogieboards and coolers. A lot of thoughtful touches to make our stay feel like a home away from home.

Exactly as described

This place is exactly as described. A couple of things I can add is that it is very private and the walls are thick. Also the bed is very comfy. I got some of the best sleep of my life on that bed. We also were very happy with how well equipped this apartment was. It had rolling coolers, boogie boards, and every pan and kitchen supply to cook a meal. We were very satisfied. 4 Stars! Loved the condo!

I really enjoyed staying at the condo, it has a great pool, and all the necessities to go to the beach and play in the water. It is within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay again. Perfect size for a couple or single. Bed is very comfortable. Balcony faces the south so get nice sun to sit have tea and watch the waves.
