Pikake #A6

This is the second time we stayed in A6 and as soon as we walked in, we loved the open feel of the place, since the remodel of the kitchen. Thanks!Also, the foam mattress toppers.and the wonderful pillows made for a much more restful night's sleep. The kitchen had just about everything we needed, though I don't know how well the garbage disposal worked..it sounded wimpy, so I didn't put much down it.This is my favorite spot on Maui and the only unit I want to use when I am with other people. I will definitely be coming back for more whales.John was very helpful as the on site go-to guy.

We stayed in Pikake A6 recently (Jan 13-17) for 4 nights and we really had good time. The condo is very comfortable and well maintained and we were quite satisfied. All info said in the description are very true. The location and the private beach are great. Overall, we were happy and will consider again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui tremendously, the private beach access was amazing. We saw a lot of marine life and was able to snorkle in the water right out back which made that very convenient. The condo is located in a nice area and plenty of shops and things to do within walking distance as well as a short drive. The condo was very nice and had most amenities needed I would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you

Our family completely enjoyed staying in Maui at the Pikake Unit 6 from 12/18-12/25. The property was just as described and I don't think you could beat the location, beach access or the condo itself. We had everything we needed right there, all the cooking supplies and utensils to cook our meals with, great seating area on the back patio, beach supplies like the chairs and boogie boards. It was just amazing and we cannot wait to come back! Overall, excellent place! Thanks!!

This was the perfect place to stay. Incredible location with incredible views. I would recommend Pikake A6 and Chase 'N Rainbows to anyone. The breeze that came through the condo was so nice, we slept with all the windows and slider wide open every night. Nice beach, my grandkids, ages 10 and 12, loved it. Enough surf for boogie boarding but not so much as to be rough. Good snorkeling too. A most enjoyable stay, would stay there again. 

We totally enjoyed our stay January 10 through 15, 2012, in Honokowai, West Maui, and think the Pikake A-6 is a sweet stay; the corner unit is awesome, completely tiled floors inside and out including the 1 baths! Being on the corner, the extra air circulation from the sides allows you a nice breeze and sounds of ocean waves pounding all night! The Hawaiian decor with new appliances and furnishings really added to the enjoyment and of the 3 places on the 3 different islands we stayed on this trip, this was the absolute best stocked complete with a fully loaded writing desk! We found it immaculate and comfortable with lovely landscaping, patio furniture, great privacy, and soft sandy beach; basically more than we expected. A place I would definitely recommend and return. With the location to the beach park, the Farmers Market organic/vegetarian store and Boss Frog's everything-you-need-for-snorkeling-and-ocean-play store just a block away, we were able to accommodate an elderly relative who could walk to these places while we were away hiking. Check out the little Mexican store, also in this same vicinity, that lady makes the best tamales! We did snorkel with turtles and beautifully-colored fish, watched whales daily, and saw lovely sunsets, which, at this time of year, were over Lanai just fabulous! The views of Lanai and Molokai awakening through the mist and early light were varied daily and not to be missed. Also, definitely check the cupboards and closets, even where the TV is, before you buy anything as we found the Road to Hana cd in there (after our trip), boards, fins, masks and mask defogger, beach mats and much more! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need even Glad storage containers to use for packing snacks and food for day travel. Every cupboard and drawer was filled with essentials; lots of dishes and an array of glass and stemware. Maui is one big playground for all ages. We were happy with our time there and all the fun we had. If you have never been to Hawaii, you dont have the grasp of the aloha spirit just amazing, but why wouldnt you be happy in paradise! And, about the service from Chase N Rainbowsthey respond quickly and in a very friendly manner to calls and emails (no question is too small to answer), supplied extra keys, an entire notebook of useful information and were extremely pleasant to deal with as were all the people we met in Hawaii.

We had the best time in Apt 6. It is a fantastic location..literally right on beach. Lovely complex with on site laundry, BarBque, beautiful views. Turtles, seals and whales were there right in front of your apartment. Maui is divine! Will come back for sure. Downside is apt quite small, only suitable for 4 guests not 6! But we managed!

We appreciated the changes from other years--the new dishes, lamps, end tables in the master bedroom, rearrangement of beds in the second bedroom, etc. We look forward to returning next January for three weeks.
