Remodeled! Garden and resort views at this 1 bedroom-loft style condo in the Banyan Building at the beautiful Ocean front resort of Maui Kaanapali Villas. Our condo is nicely updated and furnished. Watch your favorite DVD on the 42 flat screen TV downstairs or the 32" TV in the bedroom. Bring your i-pod and listen to your favorites on the i-pod docking station. Accommodates up to 4 people with 2 side tilt twin beds in the living room and a second bathroom downstairs. Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards are also included.
The resort collects a $35 Per Night + Taxes facility fee upon check-in which covers:
• High speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi access
• Coffee & tea in lobby — daily from 6 am to 10 am
• Pool and Beach towels
• Parking of one vehicle — second vehicle is additional $10 per night

Please let the owners know we truly appreciate all their attention to detail and how lovingly they care for their condo. The unit was nicely furnished, had all the items we needed, was very comfortable, we loved everything about it, and our kids loved the murphy beds. The staff at the MPV front desk were friendly and accommodating, we loved the property, the pools, the beach, and everything we were able to see and do

It has all the amenities we need when we come. My son lives in Napili so it is nice that he can come visit us her. We're discussing next years visit and hope that it will be available. Love MKV

by Recent GuestThis was our first visit to Maui and we had a lovely vacation. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. We didn't eat in too much but this condo was well equipped with anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. There were boogie boards and beach chairs the condo stored which we carried along with us in the car so we could stop spontaneously at any beach along our drives. At first I wished we were closer to the main pool but it turns out that the location of this suite is great as it is set back next to the quieter secondary pool and my kids loved it there. All in all a great trip and nothing to complain about and hope to be back for a visit soon.

The suite was well equipped, updated and very clean. We will definitely be back again...maybe in a bigger suite and something closer to the ocean next time, but we highly recommend this unit and the location.
