Located ground floor and on the oceanfront in Kahana, this 1-bedroom/1-bath fully equipped condo has all you will want and need for the quiet Maui vacation.

A portable A/C unit was recently installed in the living room. Walk right out to the oceanfront pool, BBQs, and a sea wall and enjoy the cool West Maui trade winds. Guests will enjoy watching sunsets year-round and whales in the winter. Walk into Kahana for shopping and dining or 5 minutes in either direction to white sandy beaches.

Nearby Beaches to Kahana Reef:
1. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): Generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and a large grassy area.
2. Honokowai Beach Park: Great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, Childrenโ€™s playground area, plenty of shade, tables, and BBQ grills.
3. Pohaku Park (S-Turns): Calmer during summer months, with sandy and rocky shoreline, and picnic tables.

Kahana Reef is our favourite place to stay in Maui - we have stayed in several of the units. Unit 116 needs a bit of an upgrade in bathroom and kitchen but then again we have noticed that once a unit is upgraded the price goes up.  Hope to be back next year

Perfect location!!!

Couldn’t have chosen a better location. 5 min drive to downtown Lahaina and a 5 min drive to Kapalua Bay and Napili. The views were amazing! We had morning walks on the beach right next to the condo every day. Our first day there was even a monk seal napping on the beach! Tons of turtles at the sea wall every day. The Unit is older and could use some remodeling but it had everything we needed at the price we were hoping for. It was also the only unit that I found with a small bath tub for the kids! Laundry facilities were great and the pool and BBQS were fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again, we had such a wonderful time! Chase N Rainbows was excellent to work with also. We were supposed to have a hair dryer in the unit and it wasn’t there. We called and they had one delivered to us same day so thank you for that!! I can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay and Kahaha Reef $116

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Kahana Reef #116! The view of the ocean from the glass wall of our condo was magnificent and calming. We saw several sea turtles that came right up to the ocean wall outside the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks!

Sunset Bliss!!!!

Came here to Celebrate my daughter 25th birthday. This room was able to accomodate the 3 girls in the Master Bedroom, very spacious and the pull out couch took care of the two young men. Sharing One large bathroom was not an issue. Love being able to walk out to the patio for our meals and watch the sunset every evening. I so appreciate all the fans in each room along with the portable air conditioner. Thank you for that. Best of all, its so peaceful and quiet. I think this is what I liked most of all. ๐Ÿ™‚

16 days at Kahana Reef #116

Overall we had an amazing time. Morning coffee on the deck...sunset dinners right on the water. Able to snorkel and view turtles right at the shoreline! Condo was a good size and kitchen was great to work in with everything we needed. Fridge had built in ice maker which was a bonus! Lots of fans and AC when needed. Also had a nice breeze when doors open. Bathroom had a large shower. Had beach chairs we were able to use and nice having a king size bed (took a bit to get use to harder mattress than we are use to). Unit was in good location to barbecue, parking and laundry facility. Overall we would recommend to anyone looking to book a condo.

Loved this Condo

This was one of the best appointed condos we have ever stayed at...and we travel extensively. Itโ€™s not the fanciest, but was clean and had absolutely everything that we needed, and more. The view is spectacular, and literally a short walk to the ocean/sea wall where we were able to view many turtles feeding throughout the day. The landscaping, birdsong, and many geckos were lovely to awaken to, and we totally enjoyed all of the geckos and lizards outside of the deck. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the residents were friendly and welcoming. The property managers from Chaseโ€™n Rainbows were wonderful; friendly, efficient, and responsive.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and canโ€™t wait to return.
