Listen to your favorite Hawaiian music on the CD player. Stall shower only (no tub) in the bathroom. Stairs only to the 2nd-floor entrance, no dishwasher, no A/C. Enjoy free assigned parking.

The condo was great. Clean no smell of toxic cleaners. Well equipped. Beach chairs, rattan mats ... all nice extras. Liked the neighborhood; the park was wonderful. Thought the price is reasonable. Enjoyed using the bus, convenient location. Would return again if we return to Maui. Thank you

Perfect Location For kids

We booked this location for its price, location to the beach, as well as its location to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. It is an older building, with a quaint charm. It was a literal 2 minute walk across the street to a very kid safe beach that was decent for paddle boarding and snorkelling. Checking in and out were a breeze and felt very safe and welcomed. Highly recommend cant wait to stay again.

A nice place to stay on a budget.

The unit was clean and in good repair. The bed was a little old and had a sunken spot in the middle. The couch was rock hard. We didn’t realize it was on a very busy street but the traffic noise quieted down later into the night. The unit is in a great location as far as proximity to activities and shopping.

Awesome rental on a budget

This vacation rental is exactly as described. Dated but it has absolutely everything you need. It’s steps away from a great beach park and the bed in the room is very comfortable. We ended up booking for next year we had such a great time!

Great condo!

We loved the location. Right across from the park. We can see the ocean and families enjoying the park from the balcony. It is closed from 8pm until 7am, so there isn't anyone there at that time unless they walk from a condo. Loved being next to the farmer's market. They have great lilikoi cheesecake by the way.

The bed was very comfortable. My son slept on the couch and reports it was comfortable. The coffee maker broke and we called management. They were very friendly yet professional and a new one was brought immediately. The condo was very clean as was the laundry facility. The pool was a great place to cool off. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Comfortable

HPA-7 was a great place to stay in Maui for a week. It was across the street from a park with a small beach and small market. The apartment is clean, has everything you need including your own parking space. The place is dated, so don't book if you expect a five star accommodations. We were very comfortable, safe and enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location!

This condo was perfect for us, a young married couple. We took advantage of the nearby coffee shops and strip malls. Our balcony had a view of Honokowai Park and the ocean. There isn’t much more to stay other than this condo is in a great location and had everything we needed.

Great location, pool, and proximity to the beach! No AC, but there were a lot of fans. We had a hard time with two of us sleeping on the pull out mattress from the couch, but we asked for an air mattress which quickly solved our problem

My friend and I had a great stay here and the location was a perfect base for us to explore Maui. Its a short drive to the main area of Lahaina. The apartment was super clean and we loved the old school decor and reading the guestbook (sadly forgot to write in it). And we loved the balcony!! So nice.
