Known for having the longest happy hour on Maui (from 2 โ 6 p.m.), Down the Hatch is a great spot for a quick bite but also perfect for spending hours hanging out on the patio.
Kimoโs Maui
Kimoโs Maui is the home of the Original Hula Pie, and itโs the oldest restaurant on Front Street in Historic Lฤhainฤ. Youโll find a wide selection of traditional Maui dishes like Ahi Poke, macadamia nut crusted calamari, and more. Kimoโs is also known for their fresh fish dishes like fish tacos and fish โnโ chips. The Paโia Fish Market has four locations, including one in historic Lฤhainฤ serving up fresh catch plates at market price as well as a variety of appetizers, salads, burgers, pastas, and more. Thereโs a lot of variety here, whether you want just one taco or a full dinner, and you can choose the fish and preparation style as well.
Merrimanโs
Merrimanโs Hawaii Restaurant is known for its โfarm to tableโ concept that was once unheard of in Hawaii. Using local and quality produce and meat, Merrimanโs has gained a reputation for its sustainable approach using 90 percent locally sourced goods. The award-winning menu features items like fresh keahole lobster, diver sea scallops, fresh catches that rotate daily. Merrimanโs also has regular live music during dinner.
