VIEW - upon entering the condo we were awestruck! The 12th floor view of the ocean is amazing and gave us the opportunity to watch and enjoy the whales - which were plentiful! The condo was clean. To have the luxury of sleeping with the lanai door open to listen to the ocean waves was wonderful. The condo was decorated nicely. The condo supplies were good with easy to follow directions for WIFI, checking out and assistance if needed. The room was quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and able to print out our boarding pass on departure. We would definitely book #1206 on any return trip to Maui!

Great location with beautiful ocean view but needs some updating

We always stay at Valley Isle with direct ocean view units. This particular unit has the same beautiful view, easy access to the beach and close to grocery store and other amenities. The unit itself needs some upgrades as the furniture, paint and other items are showing wear and tear which gives the appearance of uncleanliness. We didn’t spend much time inside so it was okay.

Fantastic clean apartment stocked with everything you could ever possibly need. Boogie boards, snorkeling or kitchen needs are covered.
King size bed is comfortable as well as the pull out couch.
I love air conditioning but it would of ruined the ambiance and experience of this beautiful place. Endless ocean view dotted with palm trees on a smaller but nice sandy beach.
Turtles everyday for the balcony as well as a lunar rainbow.
Highly recommend !

THE BEST VIEW

Our view from 1206 is the reason we continue to return to Valley Isle. Easy to watch the amazing sunsets, whales and sea turtles from the lanai! We love the improvements Valley Isle made to the lobby. We like the beach, convenient parking, the quiet, listening to the ocean waves and the neighborhood. The studio is spacious with all the conveniences. A comfortable chair to read or view tv from would be a nice addition. We will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is everything we hoped for. Loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Too bad it wasn't whale season!! Close to so many great beaches and walking distance to the Maui Brewing Company was awesome! Since it was June, it was a little warm at times without any AC, but we were informed of that going in. The ceiling fan and some extra fans we found in the closet helped. The facility seemed to be very nicely cleaned and kept. Even did a load of laundry in the buildings laundry facility, which helped. It was nice to have a kitchen where we could make coffee and many meals since it is very expensive if we had to eat out all the time. The bed was a bit soft for me personally with my back problems, but my wife was ok. If we ever get back to Maui, I would definitely consider staying here again.

I loved this place so much, the view was fantastic, I woke up to rainbow one morning, perfect location to live in Maui. But its just sad that all their amenities is outdated. And Tv is too small. But the. They put a huge center table in the small space. Other than that, its a lovely place, if they update their amenities, I will love to stay again

Beautiful studio with incredible views of Molokai and sunsets, super quiet complex too, beautiful little pool area with barbecues that we used frequently, would definitely come back!Incredible place with amazing view, perfect size for us, would definitely come back again, we love the Kahana area too! Thanks Chase N Rainbows for the quick response to our beach towel needs too

4 Stars Great view, well kept property

Valley Isle 1206 was right over the water and had a great view of Molokai and Lanai. We really enjoyed the sunsets here! There are few amenities at the property, but we did enjoy the nice grilling area and the community garden. We were rarely in the condo and mainly used it for sleeping and having breakfast. It was perfect for our needs and budget, but isn't updated or luxurious. Overall, the resort is well kept and the location made it a great place for us to explore Maui.
