Nearby Beaches to Kahana Reef:
1. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and large grassy area.
2. Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables, and BBQ grills.
3. Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, with sandy and rocky shorelines, and picnic tables.

Sometimes it's the little things that matter, and one is left with the impression the owners really care. They have books, beach mats, binoculars, etc. for your use. Very nice and a special touch. We couldn't have been happier with the unit and property. Thank you Chase 'N Rainbows for a wonderful Christmas.

We are coming to stay for 3 weeks in September/October. It is so nice to look at the unit, property and see the changes and yet the same (like the view)! We're looking forward to coming home (as we say), we are not visitors, we are locals and are treated that way by most and all of the community of Maui County. As past travel agents, we have booked a number of people at the Kahana Reef. Mahalo for all you do to make us feel at home.

The condo was immaculately cleaned. The grounds and buildings were kept well-manicured.
by Recent GuestStayed here for 2 weeks in Sept 2012. Pleasantly surprised about the livability of the condo. The condo was immaculately cleaned. Appears the tile floor coverings had just be installed. Bathroom has a lot of storage and was recently redone. We spend all of our time on the lanai that gave us a great view of the ocean. We ended up taking lots of pictures of the turtles, and one time counted 5 right along the sea wall. Got to know a few of the full time residents and manager. All where very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Kahana Reef to couples over 55 years that want peace and quiet. The grounds and buildings were kept well manicured. For my wife, when she is pleased on how clean a place is, that is high praises.
