Overall, we found the unit satisfactory. Clean and well equipped, quiet, lovely ocean front view and grounds

Overall we found the unit satisfactory. The unit was clean and well equiped, quiet, lovely ocean front view and grounds were well kept. We found we spent little time in the condo other then to eat and sleep.The location was further from beaches, shopping and restaurants then we anticipated. We used our rental vehicle frequently to travel to other desired locations as there was little within walking distance of this location.

Chase 'N Rainbows was very professional and easy to deal with and responsive and everything was smooth from that perspective. The unit was as advertised and it was very neat and clean and well supplied. The welcoming items were very nice to have. The unit had good kitchenware and a sharp knife!! The beach chairs etc were handy. Always appreciated. The beach towels that we paid extra for were nice and big and absorbent.

This condo was in a good location, was clean and the kitchen was stocked so we could cook meals. Our only complaint is that there was an issue with the cable and we had to leave the TV on. Not great for the person sleeping on the sleeper sofa. I would stay here again.

Nice Water View

Suite was very nice, as expected. Lots of storage. Couch and chairs were comfy. Lanai furniture was very nice. Bed was very comfy for sleeping. Tv was a good size and provided fans kept us cool. We had 2 issues. The elevator was out for our stay and stairs were being maintained. This has nothing to do with The owner or Chase N Rainbows. We had an issue with the fridge but we were given a small fridge until the fridge could be replaced and our spoiled food costs were covered. We have stayed at Kahana Reef frequently and would love to do so again.

Well, nice location, nice Condo, but unfortunately not clean

First of all, it ́s a really nice condo, with everything you need during your stay. The views from the balcony is stunning. The location is great. Unfortunately, for the price, it ́s to outdated and not clean enough. The worst part, was the floor. We can ́t walk barefood in the condo, really that is point, which a cleaning company (and you pay for) should see and fix.
The second point, the outdated chairs, couch, and the furniture on the balcony. I know, it ́s Maui, but hey, we paid 2500Euro for 6 nights... for less than 1000Dollar you get four new chairs, and a few outdoor furniture... what is the problem guys?!
Probably you should check your cleaning company too.

The reservation and communication was great, everything went smooth. Thank you for that.
We had a great time in Maui, that counts.

Great Views

The condo was not modern and new but views from balcony very breath taking. Sunsets are really good from there. 15 minutes drive to everything except couple of beaches very close by. There was some construction going on the above apartment and noises came during the day which disturbed the sleep and management did not respond on complain at all which was little disappointing.

Found a great place while in a pinch

I had a reservation at another condo but the owner sold and didn't honor previous reservations, so I was in a time frame and time crunch pinch. I found this unit with those criteria, but was very pleased with the results. Email and other communication were excellent. The condo was well equipped, easy to find, and in an area I liked. The grounds were beauiful and well kept. The overall vibe was friendly but quiet, not so many small children. The oceanfront was beautiful with endless whale sightings, but not super swimming or snorkeling friendly. No matter, as you are only <15 minutes from some of the best snorkeling sites on Maui. I would not hesitate to stay at this unit or this condo site again.

Incredible unit!

What a beautiful condo. We had the time of our life and while it’s a bit of a drive anywhere you go in the island it was the perfect place. Clean with all the extras like umbrella, beachchairs, boogie board for DT Fleming park and so maybe more. Beautifully updated and so clean. The view is spectacular and the tiny beach just off the sea wall stairs was secluded and quite. The grill outside the place was used often, free parking and so so safe feeling. We will be back (hopefully next year). Thank you for providing this incredible place. We travel often (Oahu in November and January) and this was by far the best experience we’ve had since a cruise over 5 years ago.

We Loved Our Stay

We liked our stay. Had 2 kids with us but it was a comfortable place. Had a minor maintenance issue but they were prompt to come and fix it. Location of the condo is very conveniently located from Lahaina downtown and other beaches up north which still have natural trail and access to snorkeling. One of the better places to snorkel near by. We loved our stay and the place is clean and well maintained.

The condo is amazing

My friends and I loved the decor. It also has everything we needed & more which was very helpful. We had a minor maintenance issue when we first arrived. There were ghost ants in the kitchen. We sent a quick email the next morning (Sunday) and by the afternoon someone had come by to treat the kitchen. Overall, the condo was more than we expected it to be. If/when we can come back to Maui we will try to stay here.Value: 5 Experience: 5 Property: 5 Overall: 5.00
