Begin the day with ocean views in a tropical garden setting from Ka'anapali's North Course across the street from North Ka'anapali Beach.

This space has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, both bedrooms feature comfy king-size beds. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. This ground-floor condo has a few steps down into the entrance. Both bathrooms feature double vanity sinks and tiled walk-in showers. Resort features: Tennis courts, pool, and shuffleboard. While the resort does not offer guest BBQ there is a George Foreman Grill in the condo for guest use Just a short drive or 10-15 minute walk to the famous Airport Beach on Ka'anapali Beach.

1. Kaanapali Beach – Black Rock Beach: generally calm conditions, excellent swimming and snorkeling, walking trail off beach

Beautiful view and perfect location

Beautiful view and perfect location near by Whaler’s Village and Kaanapali Beach. Was a great stay for us for the price. Beautiful porch with incredible view of the ocean. We had three guests and fit great, one room is a bit larger and had a window AC unit which was a relief! The other room did not have AC which is what was advertised, but it did get pretty warm even with opening the sliding door with a fan. They did provide 5 fans in the closet in that room and we used them to circulate the air. It did not keep us from sleeping though so it was totally fine! Large kitchen and living room area. The washer and dryer were clean and worked well. Showers are a little small, but not bad. Everything was clean. Furniture is a bit outdated but wasn’t an issue as we spent most of our time exploring Maui and not in the condo. Free parking was also a huge plus! Easy instructions to follow. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again! Thank you!

This place was great! We liked that it wasnt near all the resorts full of people. It was peaceful and quiet. One of the bedrooms has a small AC so that helped on evenings where the apartment was hot. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible scenic views

Incredible scenic views from bedroom and patio. Sunset and sunrises daily. Private and peaceful neighborhood. Walked daily to the beach and island pressed coffee (our fav). Will be rebooking this exact spot on our next trip.

Spacious and serene

Very comfortable, well furnished, and location was great. Flowers, trees, birds all around, on the hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Perfect to relax and enjoy the sunset every night, as we sat on the large raised patio. The nearby beach, a 15 minute walk down to, was wonderful. And great to be just a 15 minute drive from “city life” in Lahaina.

This was our 4th month long stay, we thought we knew what to expect or at least hope for. The upstairs unit was sold and is now a vacation rental so during our month we had 5 different families upstairs and 4 out of 5 were not the lightest on their feet, I can tolerate the noise upstairs and even no A/C but comfort and mobility are to important to risk again on that bed! I contacted Chasing Rainbows and was told basically I’m the only one who complained about this sagging old mattress so the owners would not respond to my request. So the ONLY thing we do the month is beachwalk for my heart health I had to do crippled well as my husband and he is a fit strong man. So it looks like 52 and I will have to part ways.. I have enjoyed stays there so it is bitter sweet.

A perfect location for the Maui Holiday, wlking distance to beaches and restaurants. Well Maintained, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice lanai with great sunsets. There is no sufficent noise insulation to the upper appartment, so TV and walking comes right through. But this really is the only complaint, we enjoyed our vacation in this appartment very much, it was easy to feel home.

Beautiful condo, furniture, grounds, view

This was truly a beautiful condo, furniture, grounds, and exceptional view from the lanai and master bedroom

Extremely well equipped kitchen, lanai, bedrooms etc.

Pictures do not do justice to this place. It is even better in person.

Even though there is no air conditioning almost all the windows are louvred on the outside, screened and louvred on the inside. Those that are not are screened and have blinds and curtains. Also lanai has blinds. So with the normal Kaanapali breeze coming from the back of the condo and many ceiling fans it was always very comfortable. Lanai is protected from the wind.

Note because it is a condo you can hear the people walking around upstairs but the noise was minor. Only thing of note was upstairs tenant seemed to be an older person so his tv was loud when on but could only be heard from the lanai sporadically.

I still would rent this location again. Thanks to the owner for a lovely stay.

The condo is clean and spacious, we enjoy the quiet and peaceful location. The window covering and blinds keep the afternoon sun out. The only complaint I have is the Master bedroom bed, the bed itself is very noisy and the mattress is saggy and needs to be replaced. Sunsets and warm trade winds await at this condo. We will return next year! Mahalo

Beautiful view, comfortable place

This bottom floor unit has two large bedrooms and a great view as shown. Large kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook, wine glasses, etc. Wifi was slow(2M/sec) but both Verizon and T-Mobile have excellent coverage and the hotspots worked great. 5 min drive to Lahaina and/or Whaler's Cove at Kaanapali that has everything.

Would definitely book again in the future!

I was initially nervous booking as there were not many reviews. This property exceeded expectations. Exceptionally clean, incredibly well stocked and very comfortable for this family with 2 teen daughters. We could even watch whales from the lanai. Very short drive to one of our favourite beaches, Black Rock! They had chairs and boogie boards to use as well! Close to all amenities. Would definitely book again in the future!

Everything was as I expected it to be!

The condo is very spacious and clean. Right in the center of everything we wanted to do so location was perfect! Kitchen has everything you need to cook with if you choose to. Baths were private for each bedroom which is a plus! Would recommend this place for sure!! We loved your place, thank you! Everything was as I expected it to be! Was hoping for a sidewalk to walk to the beach but other then that, great!!

A quiet, lovely condo away from the touristy hustle and bustle of Lahaina and West Maui. The condo was very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and parking right out the door. There’s a great beach with sufficient public parking right down the hill that you can walk to if you’re a walker. The pool is great, close and was not at all busy or loud. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the lanai with a view of the ocean in the distance each morning and evening. We will definitely return again.

Kaanapali Plantation #52 is very conveniently located - close to the beach, spots to eat and grocery stores. The condo is spacious and very clean, and was perfect for 2 couples - king beds in both bedrooms and large bathrooms in both. There is an air conditioner in just one of the bedrooms (in case that's a factor). Be sure to pick up basic groceries if you're looking to cook. The views from the lanai and Master bedroom is wonderful. We saw some lovely sunsets from the lanai. Chase 'N Rainbows was extremely helpful with recommendations for the area and was very accommodating. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful time in this condo!

We had the most wonderful time at this condo. It was beautifully updated and extremely well appointed especially in the kitchen. The two master bedrooms and bathrooms we perfect for two couples. There is a view of the ocean from the lanai with colorful sunrises and sunsets. We had a few small things like light bulbs out and TV issues and Chase N Rainbows had someone there to fix the issues right away. Service was wonderful and the welcome cooler and card is a nice surprise on arrival. We really appreciated the mid stay clean after the first week there. We would stay in this property again. Mahalo.

We had a family of 4 and we were happy with the condo. It was clean and nice decorated. Great location, partial ocean view from master bedroom and patio. 5 minute drive to Whaler's Village and Safeway grocery store. They had butter in the fridge but we had to get salt and pepper ourselves. Overall satisfied and will stay here again. Stay dates Aug 2018
