Stay cool in the afternoons and use the window unit air conditioner in the living room. In addition to the TV in the living room there are also TV's in both bedrooms. Stay out late and let the answering machine provided take your messages. Bring your laptop from home and enjoy free wireless internet access. Phone charges will apply to all calls.
