Luau's on Maui

Don't miss out on the chance to experience a traditional Hawaiian feast during your Maui vacation. The name "lua" comes from the traditional dish served at the event: young and tender leaves of the taro plant were combined with fish, baked in coconut milk and called luau. The feast began as a celebration when King Kamehameha II abolished the previous practice of men and women dining separately.

Book these luaus early, as space is limited especially during peak seasons.
